Rose Byrne (born in July 24, 1979 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is an internationally known Australian actress.

She played Cassandra's sister inside We Capture a Castle inside 2003, and Briseis inside Troy. Around 2005 she co-starred as Edith, a young serving maid to whom the legendary Giacomo Casanova relates his life story in the BBC drama serial Casanova on British television.

Finished her secondary education at Bradfield College (previous places of North Sydney Girls High School - attended by Nicole Kidman)
